FISH PUREE

PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES

FREEZING: SUITABLE

1 fillet of fish
2 tablespoons mashed potato

Steam fish until tender.
Puree in food processor.
Add mashed potato.
Thin with a little boiled water.
Serve 1/2_1 teaspoon at first and freeze the remainder in small portions in an ice cube tray.
